Beverly Nativi taught and was certified in Texas for Pilates and Yoga. "I taught Christian Yoga and Pilates classes for 20 years." She was also a certified personal trainer through Baylor Sports Medicine, and was certified through the Cooper Clinic in Dallas for nutrition. In addition to all this she was also a dental hygenist specializing in perodontal disease for 26 years. She says she loves studying nutrition!

What an blessing it is to have her here willing to use her gifts to give back to the community and teach a pilates class free of charge for all who want to install a better mind, body, and spirit with the ladies.
