Deuteronomy 15:9-11 

Beware that there be not a wicked thought in thy heart, saying. The seventh year, the year of release, is at hand: and thine eye be evil aginst thy poor brother and thou givest him nought; and he cry in thee. Thou shalt bounifully give into him, and thy heart shall not be evil-disposed when thou givest unto him; because for this thing Jehovah thy God will bless thee in all they works, and in all the buisness of thy hand.

For the needy shall never cease from within the land; therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thy hand bountifully into thy brother, to thy poor and thy needy, in the land.

Mathew 25:34-46

Then shall the king say to those on his right hand, Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from (the) world's foundation: for I hungered, and you gave me to eat, I thirsed, and ye gave me to drink, I was a stranger, and ye took me in; naked, and ye clothed me; I was ill and ye visited me; I was in perison, and ye came to me. 

Then shall the righteous answer him saying, Lord, when saw we thee hungering, and nourished thee a stranger, and took thee in; or naked, and clothed thee? and when saw we thee ill, or in prison and came to the thee? 

And the King answering shall say to them, Verily, I say to you, Inasmuch as ye have done it to one of the least these me brethren, ye have done it to me. Then shall he say to those on the left, Go from me, cursed into eternal fire, prepared for the devil and his angels; for I hungered, and ye gave me not to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave me not to drink; 

I was a stranger, and ye took me not in; naked, and ye did not clothe me;ill and in prison, and have not ministered to thee? Then shall he anser them saying, Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye have not done it to one of the least, neither have ye done it to me. 

And those shall go away into eternal punishment, and the rightous into life eternal.
